1. The Seller

2. Scope
These terms govern purchases made in the webshop at lenaroselligallery.com. By placing an order the Customer accepts these terms. The contract is concluded electronically in Hungarian or English and is not filed as a written contract.
3. Products
The webshop sells contemporary works of art (paintings, sculptures, graphics, etc.). Every work is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece — once purchased, it is immediately removed from the shop. Prices are in Hungarian forint (HUF) and include VAT. Photos are illustrative; colours may vary by display.
4. Ordering
The Customer adds the selected work to the cart, provides shipping details and is redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. Card details reach only Stripe, never the Gallery. A confirmation email with the order number is sent after successful payment. No registration is required.
5. Payment
Payment is by card only, via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. An electronic invoice is issued and emailed to the Customer.
6. Shipping and collection
Within 3 working days of payment the Gallery contacts the Customer to arrange packaging, shipping method and timing. Personal collection at the Gallery (Városház utca 16., 1052 Budapest) as well as domestic and international shipping are available. Artworks are shipped in insured, professional packaging; the fee depends on size and destination and is communicated in advance.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the artwork under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), exercisable without justification by a clear statement emailed to lenaroselligallery [kukac] gmail.com. The work must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, within 14 days; return costs are borne by the Customer. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of the work's return, using the original payment method.
8. Warranty and authenticity
The Gallery warrants that all works sold are original works by the stated artist. A certificate of authenticity is issued on request. Statutory warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code apply.
9. Complaints and disputes
Complaints are answered within 30 days. Consumers may turn to the competent conciliation body (Budapest Conciliation Body: Krisztina krt. 99., 1016 Budapest) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
10. Miscellaneous
Hungarian law governs matters not regulated here. The Gallery may amend these terms; amendments do not affect orders already placed. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
